For these, look at each criteria. Pick the most limiting criteria first, and write out the possibilities that fit it. Then, pick the next criteria, and write the possibilities from the first criteria that still fit - and so on.

1.)
My number is a multiple of 5 and 7. This means it must be a multiple of 35: 35, 70, 105, 140...

My number is less than 100 but greater then 50: only 70 fits.

My number is the produuct of three different prime numbers. 70 = 5 * 7 * 2 (correct!)

2.) In this one, you take the criteria out of order:
The # is a factor of 32: 2, 4, 8, 16
My # is a square number: 4, 16
the sum of its digits is odd: 16 (solution!)
