No way! If she turned 21 just months after being crowned (assuming the news was accurate) then couldn't she have at least waited til then? The crown should've gone towards a much more deserving girl, who actually wants to work hard to help make the world a better place. And I'm not even from USA!

No. Isn't Miss USA supposed to be travelling around and helping others? How can she help others when she has to help herself first (going to rehab)? She should resign and give the crown and title to a more deserving girl who will work hard to preserve the good image.

We all deserve second chances in this life, but I think it was all for publicity. I mean, who really cares about Miss USA anymore? But we ALL know about this because it made so many headlines. Donald is a good publicity hound.

I think he's being fair to her. She gets alcohol counselling and keeps the crown.

I think it should have been taken from her. If she was of legal drinking age, then it would have been different. Most people would have gotten in trouble just for drinking underage, just because she's miss usa shouldn't make her be an exception.
