There are pistons in your shock absorbers,disc brake calipers as well as inside your engines cylinder. They are not interchangeable. No don't even try.

OOOohhhhhh... You just need to take it to a mechanic. Don't you dare think of touching your motorcycle yourself if you are asking this...
and yes, you do have to find a special motorcycle mechanic, car shops won't work on them because they are VERY different than cars.
