For free full opera libretti http://opera.stanford.edu/index.html#libretti is fantastic.

Also, to view and print vocal and full scores of operas go to:

In case you didn't know about this, there is an amazing series of books written by Nico Castel who translated and wrote IPA (pronunciation) for almost all the operas. His books are $75 each, but I have never had a problem finding them at libraries
