My wireless connection is not working at home, but works at my office. everthing is connected? what is wrong

New laptop. cannot seem to get yahoo downloaded correctly although it comes up on my internet explorer connection. My wireless connection works fine at my office, but my computer will not recognize my wireless router at home. My other laptop does recognize it. What am I doing wrong? HELP

you need to check the SSID of the receiver card in your laptop and the SSID of the wireless router to make sure they are the same. then check your security settings...
