Depends on the source of the pictures. If they were photos taken in a public place then you have few rights to privacy If you paid to have the photos taken then you probably own some rights, or possibly even the copyright. If they were taken at a 'private' event then it's a grey area, you may have a case against the organiser. Also it depends on the content, if it's soft porn or worse you would have more of a case than if it's just you being silly.
A formal letter to the operators of the server hosting the offending pages requesting the pages be removed may do the trick, after this it's lawyer time!

Indeed that is sad. Apparently the person who did it may be some one you know. Call and report it to the police and to Yahoo.
Get a lawyer if you must to protect you as well. Think of people who may have done this to you and make a list for the police and Lawyer to investigate. Hopefully the person is caught.

Report it to the Information Commissioner, under the Data Protection Act.

also do you know who put your pictures on the site and why they would do it?
