They make your boobs look bigger and give you more cleavage. I think they give better support too...I'm 34B and II wear them all the time :)

Im a 36b to and the benifits of a push up bra are that they help your boobs look bigger. Its just kinda like bras and stuffing them but if you get a push up bra its the same. Also they support better. Im not a big sports bra girl when i work out. I wear them and they help SO well.

it adds a little padding in the bottom outer corners to push you up in in, gives you more "perfect" looking breasts and give you loads of cleavage not otherwise acheiveable with a 36 b

It gives you more support and I thing it's more comftorable because they don't bounce around if you sit down or anything else
