Yes, I have a somewhat lifted truck and if I can't see their headlights in my rear view mirror then they are way too close. I will slow down and press on my brake until they finally get the hint and back up.

Depends on what they're driving. If they're in a little **** box then I'll probably slow down and piss them off. But if they're in one of those gigantic trucks I try to stay the hell out of the way.

Always, and then tap brakes and go even slower than the limit and put my turn signal on for about a mile (on two-lane no passing streets)

Yea i slow down really fast and one time i slammed on my bracks so hard the idiot rear ended me.
