Most women ovulate around day 14 but I don't ovulate till day 19 or 20. A fertililty specialist (we've been trying for 9 months) told me it can hinder conception. Just curious why. I'm still ovulating....shouldn't that be enough?

I would ask the doctor this question. Seems like an excellent question. Most women ovulate 14 days BEFORE they start their period, not on day 14.
