I think it will work and Nuggets will be in the top 4 in the Western Conference. Iverson, Melo, and JR Smith is one hell of a 3 man combo that can all score, and the big man Camby will get you rebounds and blocks night in and night out. The combo with AI and Melo will work, I think, because Iverson is in the point of his career where he really wants to win, and get that first ring, I think he mi ght take a backseat to Melo but will still average 25+ points but his assists will go up. Iverson is the kind of player that needs the ball in h is hands all the time though, so I could be wrong, we'll see though.

Whats up with people thinking Denver gonna be a good team now. [profane], Melo' and AI aint gonna play great together. You can't have the top 2 scorers on the same team cause they gonna average about 3/4 of the teams points and that doesn't make good team chemistry. [profane], I dont care, I'm a Pistons fan. Plus, AI might not shoot the ball so well for the first couple games cause of how high the damn city is. I mean when he shoots, the ball might go straight over the shot clock. My point is these 2 ain't gonna make it to the conference finals and certainly will never make it to the finals with Dallas, LA Lakers, Utah, Phoenix and San Antonio in their way.

Well Melo is suspended for like a month and Iverson is going to need time to transition. If you look at is this way, they have two all star players now. And a team like Detriot had 4-5 and they hit it off great. In the all-star games, everyone in the teams are ball hogs but they have to learn how to pass. I'm pretty sure there not so selfish that they will become "ball-hoggz".

No because now Carmelo feels dissed since many people might take the Nuggets as Iverson's team and not Melo's anymore, so then Anthony is gonna punch AI but is gonna get his *** kicked by Iverson when he tries to run away.

Well Iverson will have some time to his own with Melo ought till All Star braek or so. Once they are together, yeah I think it'll work, since they are the 1. & 2. scorers in the league respectfully. Also they have both mutually agreed to working together, Melo stating that he will open Iverson with open arms.

Idk. Iverson coming to Denver so early in the season and under certain circumstances could put the team at risk or give them the boost that they've been looking for come playoff time. Hopefully, George Karl can keep the team together despite the changes.

I think the nuggets should be a pretty good team. Not as good as the spurs, mavs, or the suns, but they should get to the playoffs at least.

Personally I think they will do OK but if they dont get a ring in the next half decade then they will never get one but they will learn to play with each other.

I think it has the potential to work, but not well enough for them to be title contenders, not this year anyway.

maybe they'll let them roll out about 6 of those discontinued balls for them. That way, EVERYONE gets to shoot.
