Some one lied to you. But, because God put everything into a natural motion, the moon and sun rise in the East and Set in the West. Up and Down. This because of the natural physics God placed into motion to give everything a Cause and Effect. But, there are times the Sun and Moon rise together and we get a Lunar Eclipse. AND, because of the difference or how fast the sun and moon move, we get, no moon, partial moon and full moon. Watch the Moon every night, it fun, Look Good not just look. Many times as it go to Full Moon people say it Full, but, if, you really look you will notice the little flat spot until it perfect full.

That only happens when we're near a full moon and the sun and the moon are on opposite sides of the earth. Sometime the moon is between the sun and the earth and it (moon) can be seen in the morning or evening.

It doesnt always. sometimes the moon is out when the sun is up and not at night. the moon revolves around the earth, sometimes the moon is on the pooisite side of the world than then sun, and sometimes its not. the earth and the moon move at the same time, not with the same time, but are both moving at the same time.

Well the sun light is so bright it kinda stops us from seeing the moon come up during the day . The earth is rotating so when we do see the moon it follows in the same direction as the sun .

The moon only rises at sunset when it's full. Durring first quarter it rises at noon, last quarter at midnight. When it's a new moon it rises and sets around the same time the sun does.
As others have pointed out, it doesn't stand out in the bright daytime sky, so it's less likely to be noticed.
