Its easy, and take it from me im a straight a student.

1. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! I know lots of people who think watching TV and playing video games are more inportant than HW. If your that type of person you better get in the habit of saving games after HW.

2. ASK QUESTIONS!!! If you don't get a problem or your HW ask the TEACHER!! IT WON"T KILL YOU!!I If you don't understand what your teacher says or your parents or even if you don't understand your ENTIRE class maybe you should get a tutor.

3.KEEP UP!! if you get sick and miss a couple of days get a friend to give you the homework while your out. Don't wait untill you get back, then you'll have TONS of HW. And you don't want that do you?

If you follow all these tips you'll get straight As and in no time you'll be an A student and don't talk in class that will give you a condut cut.
PS: if you have any moe questions post them and im Shifeth F

Straight A's are overrated. I had about a 3.5 in high school, went to a great college, and I'm finishing a Ph.D. Just work at the subject and do your best - don't worry that much about grades as long as you're getting B's.

The most important tasks you need is time management. You need to be able to do your daily tasks along with studying for school. When you have time management you will notice your dedication and committment to your education. Read your assigned materials in the chapter. Take notes in the classroom. Try to take notes of the chapter. Read over your notes. Study your vocabulary words most important. Ask questions if you don't understand the classroom material.

Study, Pay Attention, Do Extra Credit, and Work Hard

This takes dedication and the bold initiative to show your desire to try hard to those that count. Make the first statement with your teachers by having a caring attitude and most importantly the desire to do whats best for yourself and your future. Yes, this means shower and plan your daily attire first. (Get serious!) Then make time to approach teachers when they are not busy and with a respectful attitude for any lack of misunderstanding on your part. Explain to them you are triing to turn your life around and are willing to do whatever it takes. (Then you will have their support) You need to devote time in the evening to do extra reading for better understanding then follow up with getting your questions answered even if its on the web! Make choices that are consitent about doing what you really want to do. Don't let anyone set you back with harsh words, accept their point of view and continue with your own deeper understanding for the truth. Take the bold initiative to ask when others are fearful even if it is one on one with your instructor. By all means who is it really benefiting? YOU!!!!! Its your future start BUILDING IT!!!

I am a teacher, and the thing that causes more students' grades to slip than anything is DISORGANIZATION. I have some kids who ace every test but can never find or remember their homework. That will kill your grade- A zero in the gradebook REALLY hurts, especially if it happens over and over!

Of course, you also need to learn how to study. Having your book open while you are watching the OC doesn't count. :)

Study, Pay Attention, Do Extra Credit, and Work Hard!

All the above answers hit it right on the head. But, take a hard look at your class load. You didn't say what grade or level you're in...if college, try to take a balance of classes...don't take all your hardest courses on the same semester...balance them out so you don't make it too hard on yourself.
