yes.
of course youll always run into a few idiots, but usually its fine.
it all depends on the games he plays. the more mellow games usually have a lot nicer people.
if he is playing HALO or Gears of War or whatever (which he shouldn't be ) then he mite run into some swearing and stuff, but nothing he doesn't hear at school. It all really depends on how mature the 11 year old is.
for example
I went into gym class today day and this kid starts making all these racist jokes about black people and then starts trying to imitate black people. I ask him what the hell is wrong with him and where did he pick that up, he grins at me and says "x-box live"
but were talking about a kid who sees a tv add and 2 seconds later he wants it more than anything in the world, and who, if he could, would just play halo ALL DAY.

Depends on the game they're going live with. Language and whatever they end up talking about live will always be a problem, no matter what online games you choose. I would say yes, if you think this 11 year old is mature enough to play the game then they should be okay going live.

it depends on the game that he plays if its some kind of sports game it should be ok or if that they want to play halo or summin like that they can get very crazy on there but you could take the mic and make the sound come through the mic and if you dont plug it in then you cant hear what they are saying and you cant talk. cause if you take the mic they cant lisin to the people

for one why wouldn'y iy be it depend on the game. and secondly if you mean the foul language they use well people on xbox live can get a little bit out of it. So I would say yeah, but it als odepends on the game.

convinced that is infact i presumed u were speaking about spending that a lot funds and he could b waiting to yet when ur speaking about content cloth it relies upon on the sport dont purchase him video games like BULLY, SAINTS ROW (is a activity for the 360) or GTA. merely verify ESRB score and attempt to maintain mature faraway from little ones if u rather care

yeah definetly if you like shooters i recomend call of duty 3, halo, and gears of war if you like sports get madden 07, or fifa 07it has good graphics and realy good online support you should buy it
