Yoda is the master of the force, he need not use his hands at all, however I think Alf has had his fair share of playing dead before, so anything is possible. But seeing as Alf is not real threat to Yoda, would he even bother with it ? It's hardly worth his prescious energy.

Alf, I no yoda has the force but Alfs look would distarct him and he go crazy and just fall over dead right there, it would be a 10 second battle
