They are similar, at least southern Italy. Northern Italy has blonde, blue eyed. Southern dark, Sicilian like Greeks.
Ask how they would prepare eggplant. If it is with Mozzerella, they are Italian, if it's like mousaka, they are Greek.

the last name definetly:
if its like rossi or ramano, he's italiano
if it ends in poulos, idis,or takis he is greek
not sure if the looks are possible since both have the tan complexions and very dark hair and eyes.
but both have realy good food!!!
