I believe society dictates on how a person dresses if a man want to wear female colthing such as dress or make up or female underwear it should be allowed. I wear female under colthing, I also desire to go out in public in a dress and makeup. women can wear mens colthing , and seems like society is fine with it.

When you say "society" are you referring to the law or personal views?
As far as I know, it's legal to wear anything you want as long as you aren't showing your pelvic area (front or back).
As for personal feelings, it will never be a concensus as to what is acceptable. As long as people continue to force their beliefs, whether they be personal or religious, on others, there will be no peace with it.
I may be wrong, but it seems to me that society has always taken a lighter view of women stepping out of their traditional roles, from employment to dress to sexuality, than it has men. That's not to say that there haven't been problems for the women who did it, but you rarely see women beaten or killed by other women, simply because they dressed like a man, took a traditionally male job, or chose another woman as a partner. The same is not true for men who make the same choices. Very unfortunate. I say live and let live. I am completely heterosexual but have been raised around a largely homosexual community. Therefore my views are probably more liberal than the median of society.

There are two points you are making, the first, wearing underclothes of the opposite sex is not really apparent to most people you will encounter, unless you are a guy wearing a padded bra. However wearing dresses, skirts, blouses, etc is not accepted by our society because it is viewed by many as a putdown. Society tends to place more value on a man (hence wages, perks, etc, tend to go towards men) and women who wear pants, loafers, etc, are seen as trying to emulate those in higher positions in society (improve thier standing). Men who choose to wear/appear feminine, are generally seen as "slumming" or trying to be beneath thier station. I am not saying this is correct, because I don't believe a person should be judged on the clothes they wear, or thier skin color, but rather on the person they are towards others. It is however, the way society tends to view women in men's clothes vs men in women's clothes.

I know a guy that is transgendered. I don't see a problem with it. If it makes him happy why not? Sometimes people are far too quick to judge and do not take the time to get to know the real person. Unfortunately, this is how society is. Take Care :o)

You are aloud to you just have to be careful because some people are intimidated and see the behavior as threatening through their own narrow minds or they may be homophobic. So go out as much as you want but be careful as people will always have their own views and may say them. I have done it its exciting and quite scary at the same time, the underwear is good enough for me now lol.

Nod to Alexis, only in Islam will you find this type of disgusting behaviour, think about it,some innocent female is targeted for reasons known only to the dirtball,is raped then she is found guilty without a trial, not that she deserves one and no one can work it out that Islam is a man made concept, spare me the f**k wits who are going to jump to its defence,Islam is a cowards power base and nothing more.

I believe you are allowed to do that already (if you are not from some weird country where you'll be burnt at the steak) It is not a matter of being "allowed" but of being "accepted" This is not something any law maker can bring about.

Females and only males who are diagnosed and treated as having transsexualism should dress as women. Whenever a man pretends he is a woman or dressing as one, he is showing hatred and contempt for himself, for women, and for true-transsexuals. If you have male genitals and want to keep them, do not dress as a woman or lie and say you are a woman.

I think you should wear what you want. If you are comfortable and feel a little sexy about it I suggest you should go for it. I think you would look great, feeling free and liberated as if experiencing something great for the first time.
