Good Will

Go to Goodwill. People get rid of this stuff (like me), due to reasons you don't know; like, it just doesn't fit, someone died (and never wore it); really, you can find this stuff for even less than $5. Unless you go to Target or Walmart (where quality is sketchy, which I would not say about Goodwill; the stuff is donated by people in all walks of life. Try to get to the stuff as it is coming out of the sorting room; before it is put on the racks; the good stuff before it is hit by shoppers. :) That is my trick. It may be work, but, it works! And, it helps the community. Good luck!

At your local Goodwill or Salvation Army store. The usually have excellent quality clothes at very cheap prices. My son needed a suit for a funeral recently and we bought it at a Goodwill Store. Since he would rarely wear it, it didn't make sense to buy a new one. The one we got was very nice.
