You are wrong. Hip Hop is Dead. It is talentless, overdone and redundant. Artistically there is no other way hip hop can go. Music is full of fads. Styles of music come and go in decades. It is done.

HIp Hop is now where near dead or played. It's just becoming more mainstream. Rap, on the other hand has been lacking in subtance for about the last 5 yrs. And yes, there is a differance between the two.

It's not new age, more like changing like every other music has over the years. Hip Hop isn't just the music...it's the culture in itself. When the culture changes..the music changes. But, at the core it's still what it is.

Though, now you got so called artist that are corrupted by the money and will do to make a few bucks. These are the same ones the fall off the radar 2-3 yrs later.

although i'm thinking of the new age genre, honestly, hip-hop was good, but now it's overrated and milked out, underground hip-hop still kicks *** though,


real music is variating now, hip-hop rock, trance, techno, pop, orchestra, drum n bass, glitchcore, trip-hop, ambient, psytrance. chillcore, i could go on, hip-hop is mainstream and has influenced many into a single-mind-set of opinions, so honestly, no, hip-hop is not new-age, it's not special, it's a faceless corporation now that is corrupting many, it used to be great, it used to be influencial, it used to actually sound good...now now it's just.....bleh
