Did you keep your secret code? From the Webkinz FAQ:
I’ve forgotten my username – what do I do?
You can write to us, using the' Contact Us' button on the main www.webkinz.com site or call at 1-866-WEBKINZ (9AM to 5PM EST. Monday to Friday). At that time, you will be required to provide us with your Name, Date of Birth, State/Province and Country, Pet kind, Pet Name and Secret Code.
If you didn't keep your secret code, you are pretty much out of luck. You'll have to buy another toy and keep track of your secret code, username, and password. Write them down and put them in a safe place this time. Good luck!

Try contact us when you type in webkinz.com and it should come up with the phone number and the e-mail at the bottom of the page.
