People who eat meat or fish are carnivores, or more specifically omnivores, because they usually also eat plants.

A vegetarian eats no meat (fish, poultry, beef , pork) but might occasionally eat eggs , cheese or milk. A vegan eats NO animal products at all.

I hate it when people act like fish isn't meat.

If you want to differentiate, point out that you don't eat animals purposely born and raised to be slaughtered as food for humans.
