Interesting question, I don't know the answer specifically for tylenol, but I would say that you stand a very good chance of destroying the active compound by heating it up as much as you would in baking it, I wouldn't try it.
Also, to echo another answerer, although tylenol is a very safe medication in general, an overdose can cause liver damage, and it's actually quite easy to give too much by accident, keep track of the amount that you give and make sure it doesn't exceed the maximum daily dosage as indicated on the product (I'm an internist, not a pediatrician, so I don't know what that dose is for a 2 year old, it's probably weight-based, but it's easy enough to find out, just be aware).

For general aches/fever, Childrens Motrin will work better than Tylenol, and ask the phamacy for one of those plunger/syringe medicine droppers, it's easier than a teaspoon and once you get the tip in thier mouth you can squeeze the medicine in without much spillage. CVS has them

Don't ever cook medicine. The heat may change the chemical composition. They have some grape flavored chewable tablets. My children always liked the bubble gum flavored motrin.

That is just too bad! Who is the parent here? Who is in charge? Ram that medicine into that childs mouth, do NOT cook it, do NOT hide it in food, you are destroying the medicinal value. You are also risking killing your child in this entire process!

please don't cook the medicine. Also, tylenol can cause liver damage in small children so try motrin instead. It comes in several flavors and we like to hide it in ice cream.
