you would actully improve your computer's performance. cleaning the c drive gets rid of all the temporary internet files that your computer stores after you visit a page.
After you do that, defragment your computer and you will get a lot of your computer's speed for downloads and memboy back.

You hard disk cleanup tool would clean yoru hard drive from uneeded files such as temp files. These files are really useless and take up hard drive space. It is recommended that you run thsi tool once a month along with disk defrag.

It would get rid of all the files that you dont need that aren't important to the system... and when I say the system I mean the OS, so take your chances..

It will take off any programs that arent in use to give you more space mainly if you arent careful you could loose files you need.

nothing i disk clean my c drive all the time he just clears up temp files n such! its really a good idea
