I get the feeling that many officials and politicians are in the same boat. THey have speach writers and people to do the research for them. so If it is not something that touches them personaly then they are pretty much just talking about what someone sticks in front of them and therefore actually no fairly little about the subject. They are proabably prepped a little before hand, but probably not enough for them to start to question what there advisors and assistants are trying to push

He doesn't know what he's talking about when he's NOT addressing an issue! Here's a person who probably doesn't have the slightest idea what's going on if he's in a restaurant looking at a menu.

He has no clue what he is doing. I would like to meet the 36% that think he is doing a good job. It appears he only wants to talk or listen to people who share his point of view. That is a very dangerous practice.
