This year, I got my mom a scarf of her favorite color. I know my friends are getting their moms candles, their mom's favorite band CDs (you can also burn one), DVDs, household supplies like an apron, candles, lotion, chocolate, books, and gloves. Last year, my mom wanted a yoga mat and an excerise outfit. Does your mom do any kind of sport/hobby? You can give her something that relates to that. If the price for a certain item you want to get her exceeds your budget, you can chip in with your dad or sibling to get it.

How about a scrapbook? You could start it off with some pictures of you and your family. A pretty jewelry box, a Bible, a nice gift box from Bath and Body Works (or similary store), a day at a spa, a book of poetry for mothers.

I'm not a mother, but I am "mother age". I would like a new computer, DVD recorder or a digital camcorder.
