is there a test that can be done to determine the race of the baby before delivery

DNA can track ethnic markers. But its not encouraged to have an amnio done unless it just cant be avoided.

I don't think so there are lots of test to determine the sex if that is what you mean by race ?and whether or not it will have health issues etc. Good luck you could always call the doctors and ask too.

Er, no. But it should be pretty easy to guess. Even if you don't know who the father is, the baby will be at least half of whatever the mother is.
