I have seen it before. It doesn't surprise me though with the way he does some of them, I know for a fact that DDP missed quite a few Diamond Cutters and Stone Cold Steve Austin missed a few stunners when they wrestled because the have to do the move so fast that they sometimes don't get a good hold on the back of the other wrestlers head and they miss. If anybody is to blame in that video is Chris Jericho.
I'm sure only a few of you know this, but Jericho is supposed to let go of the move when Orton got to him. The problem was that Jericho didn't see him, so he couldn't sell the move appropiately. That's why it went off so perfectly the second time around. Watch it again and you'll know what I mean
