i have an email site that is corrupted, if u enter this site it gives u a blue line and locksup pls help?

there are also 3 people using email on this computer all yahoo email none are affected or infected at this time, once again once you try to enter the email address in yahoo it gives you a blue line locks up and never goes to the emails u have

I understand this to mean that the other 2 people are able to get their email in Yahoo just fine and it is only when you are logged into the computer that Yahoo email is not working. I have seen this sort of thing occur when the profile becomes corrupt. The solution in that case is to backup all your bookmarks, data etc that is on that profile, then delete the profile and recreate a new profile and then restore your bookmarks etc to the new profile.
