Those darn things whipper snapper (cough, cough) have always been hitting the Earth, but because of weather and erosion cannot see Evidence as well as like on the Moon or other planets without a significant gaseous atmosphere, see what the moon looks like? and the moon is much smaller than Earth, so no doubt the Earth had more impacts than the Moon!
Of course this stuff goes on over thousands, millions, and billions of years apart, so don't let it keep you up at night, but it is random, and one sooner can happen as much as one latter, and since they are dark matter, and cannot be seen well and travel fast, it is unlikely telescopes or other observations will catch them all in advance hurdling toward the Earth, giving us prior warning, before impact, once in our atmosphere we'll likely see!

yes, it might, but maybe not by then. If it dose, the earth is covered with 2/3 water, so there is a good chance it will land in an ocean

very probably. They hit the Earth all of the time. in basic terms go directly to e-bay and you will discover an abundance of meteor rocks. If through 'meteor' you advise 'asteroid,' then it is not so probably. it particularly is conceivable, yet very infrequently occurs.

I read that it will be close enough to see, it will pass us by, but it wont hit us. some man is going to try to push it farther from earth anyways, because he feels it's too close to us.

The chances are very very very slim of it actually hitting us.
