yeah the nickel is bigger but the dime is worth more its worth 10 cents and the nickel is worth five cents but the 50 dollar bill is the same size as the 1 dollar bill but its still worth more its weird but size of money doesnt matter when you compare the actual amount its worth

Actually, there was a news article recently that said that due to the increase in price for nickel, copper, and zinc, if you were to melt down a penny and sold the base metals, it would be worth 1.8 cents and a melted down nickel would be worth 8.5 cents. With this in mind, the federal government passed a law that would make it a federal crime to melt down U.S. coins.
