If money is a problem for you,you should visit Government/Municipal hospital or health centres.Their consultation fees in not more than Rs.50.
You will need to spend for medicines though,if prescribed.
If you are worried that the doctor will leak the information about you,then let me tell you that The Law does not allow him to do so.
