Most likely your condition is an easily treated vaginal infection, such as gardnella or bacterial vaginosis. This kind of infection is sexually transmissible, so your partner should be treated as well if this is the diagnosis. You will need to see your doctor for treatment.

It sounds like a touch of thrush. Your body can 'cook it up' itself if you've had antibiotics, wear tights frequently, or have been under the weather. It is easily treated - you can buy Canisten at the chemists. If you are sexually active though, both you and your partner need to be treated at the same time, or you can reinfect each other.
