Why can't Answers usernames are unique like Yahoo I.D.'s? That way, you will know if someone is a clone or not, and if they get kicked off, they cannot come back on with the same ID?

I KNOW this question is not about politics, but there are SO many clones here...

How about blocking their IP address if they get kicked off? End them for good!

it's a good idea. The only issue is that yahoo IDs get really annoying to remember with just the name and often a number. They also can't change. Mine is old, and I had to use a number to make it unique. I hate Numbers on the end of my handle. so I use may First name and last initial on here. And I don't mind if somebody else uses it, as long as they don't clone my avatar and pretend to be me. If they have the same Name in real life, go ahead.

I know the clones drive me crazy...I just ignore their posts b/c giving them attention only encourages them. I don't know why people even respond to them...

yeah but I *like* my name...
and I doubt it would be available if they had to be unique.
