No, I don't think that has ever been proven. And since everyone learns in different ways, and learns best in different environments, it would probably be difficult to prove. While a TV may be a huge distraction to some students, it may make no difference at all to other students.

It has not been proven. It all depends on what you watch and for how much time. Viewing T.V. for long hours can effect the eye sight. If you watch T V programmes which are informative made specially to educate the children it is going to help to understand the difficult subjects and further it can help to get better grades.

It depends on ow much they watch it and how many minutes/hours a day they put aside for studying.

What I do for my girls is make them do their homework as soon as they come in from school. Then I make them play with their friends until 6 o'clock. After that I make them study until 7 o'clock even if they don't have tests the next day.

It hasn't been proven.

no. i for one do my homeowrk when watching tv and my rank is the second in the class.
