No, but this is what I do. I search the online catalog for the professor that will be using the book the following quarter. I look for the room number and post a flyer in that room, advertising my book. Someone always calls. Don't forget to take the flyer off after you've sold it.

Sell them to a bookstore. Your college bookstore buys them back sometimes and I know you can see to the barnes and noble store.
