Today i checked a home pregnancy test..This is my 5th week from my last period..?

Today it came as -ve.Can we get the correct result by 5 th week or i have to wait for some more time

You need to be six weeks from the first day of your last period.

It depends on how long your cycle is... should you have started by now? Generally the home tests are very accurate by the time you have "missed" your period.
