My iron level is low, everytime i go donate blood its low but not too low, iam tired all the time, and get more then enough sleep.

I suggest all natural Iron Plus C Complex. When my friend was pregnant, the dr. said her iron level was low. She started taking the Iron Plus C Complex and knew it was working because she started having more energy. Sure enough, at her next drs visit here iron level was fine.

Also, it's plant based so will not cause constipation and the C is added for better iron absorption.

Really, the best thing is to take iron pills. Eat a lot of fiber, too, like good oatmeal, since iron can stop you up. You might also want to make sure you're getting enough B vitamins, too (especially B-12, which is in any B mix). Both of this is doubly true if you're a vegetarian.

you need to drink orange juice and bananas and bread....that should help..it helps me...
