Fever usually means infection. If the center of the pain is actually in the lower right part of your abdomen, this could be appendicitis. You probably should see a doc pronto.

sounds much more like a stomach virus. pregnancy does not ever cause a fever and shouldn't usually cause cramps.

best way go to doctor they can take ur blood and see if u are pregnant blood test is best than tooked pregnant test

It sound like the flu. I have 2 children, it does not sound like pregnancy. I often miss my period when I am not pregnant.

Illness can delay your period, wait a few days and if it hasn't arrived, retest and see a dr.
