He may be comparable to Franklin Pierce, who was the most hated and least popular President in history in his day.. As president he subsequently made decisions which were widely criticized and divisive in their effects, thus giving him the reputation as one of the worst presidents in U.S. history.

Intellectually, he can be compared to any of them. Unfortunately for him, he always comes out on the bottom. Let's not forget, if he had a brain he'd be about one step above a fungus.

i recently read a study that placed his iq at 91. the study was based upon literature that had been written by former presidents. based upon their vocabulary and such. he's never written any book so they went by his speeches. no wonder it was so low. anyway. kennedy and clinton were among the top 5 i forgot who number one was but bush had the lowest iq of all of them.
