Go to My Computer then Click Tools Then Click on Folder Options
Then go down and put a check in the box that says " Double Click to open an item"

Open Folder Options in your Control Panel and under the General tab, remove the dot next to "Underline icon titles only when I point at them" and click Apply.

Open IE and goto tools forlder options then select dubble click to activate. Then click apply.
