Any kind of .exe file is reason for suspicion. This is a executable file, which means if you click on it, it runs a program of some kind. You DO NOT want to be doing that.
Go to a Google or Wikipedia search bar and type in the complete name of the file, to see if it is a legitimate file or not.
PS: I entered hurl.exe into Google, and a lot of websites on how to remove it came up. Try it, you have the answers there.

Hurl.exe is a file associated with LoudEye.com. LoudEye works with Real to encode and deliver streaming medial over the internet.
From what i have read it is harmless.
There are a number of ways to delete it if you want, but the easiest I can see is rebooting into safe mode and deleting it.

Its a virus!!! I had this problem too it corrupted all my music files. I suggest unistalla the player and can and then reinstall it.
