I have a condition wich prevents from pumping gas in my car , so I'm tring to find out if there's any place I can go ?

by law there is supposed to be someone there to pump your gas. the station needs to have 2 or more employees

You could make a list of all the manned gas stations in your neighbourhood, with it's telephone numbers next to it. Then you give them a call and ask for help, when you go to one of them.
If you have internet in the car, it would make things more easy. Then just google up their phone number when visiting a gas station.
If you don't drive large distances: then alternatively, you could go for a electrical engine swap. Some companies can built an electrical engine in every type of car.
