No, since medical evidence shows that the HIV in the country was there before they arrived, and there would be no motive at all for them to infect children with HIV.

Hopefully this is just a Libyan ploy to extract money from someone and that the death sentence will not be carried out. I do not think they are guilty, for reasons already stated by others.
