Taliban means seminary student. Most "taliban" fighters started as very young kids who went to religious schools in Pakistan. That area of Pakistan is still relatively lawless, and a sensible president would have flattened that area long ago.
Al-Q is a separate group. Maybe the CIA has figured out the approval process, and maybe MI6 has some spies amidst their ranks. But they are a secret society, like the Mafia and the Klan, they don't publicize.
If you do find out how to join Al-Q, they'll probably kill you.
Very unfortunate for the Taliban that they decided to harbour Al-Q.
Why not consider a job as a dentist if you like blood and pain and misery? The pay's better.
