Start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information. Components (on your left), then sound device. The info will be on your right side.

You could pop open the machine and look at the card if the Hardware Device Manager doesn't have the info

My suggestion would be to download Belarc Advisor (from the link given below).
Once installed, run the program and wait for a few minutes. This program will tell you all you need to know about your computer hardware ... and even list the software that you have installed.

right click my computer > manage > device manager > pick sound and double click your device..
