Our bodies are funny things and just because you had sex, when you thought you were fertile, that does not guarantee pregnancy. Conception can be prevented by stress, illness, trying too hard, or anything that impacts our bodies. These factors also make it impossible to tell you what the chances are that you are pregnant. You also don't mention if you are breast feeding and, if so, it can prevent you from conceiving (but not always!).

No, it is not true that it is easier to get pregnant the second time. This also varies from person to person. Some women have secondary infertility...meaning that they got pregnant once without problems but can't achieve pregnancy the second time. So, if you try for a year without success, please see your doctor.

Truth of the matter is, no one but the doctor can tell you if you are pregnant. So if you miss your period, go to your doctor for a blood pregnancy test which is far more sensitve than a urine pregnancy test.
