It's a dream about the fear of the passage of time. Puppies symbolize youth and fragility. Their colors are basically immaterial in this instance. You might also be pining for Holidays past. Either way, it's about rage against the clock!

Grew into adults in quick moment = impatient conscience.
That could mean you are very impatient in things you wish you. You probably can't wait for anything to happen quick. That's why you projected that pupples grew so quick. That is a symbol of your impatient personalities. In other sense, it may mean you are not ready for your wish or desire yet. You basically revealed your personalities in dream.
