Yes. It is mainly other paracetamol-containing products (eg cold remedies) that you need to be careful of taking with paracetamol because of the risk of overdose. It is safe to take paracetamol with antibiotics, and indeed will make you feel a bit better and lower your temperature if you have one.

Yes. My son's on antibiotics at the moment and is also taking Calpol which contains paracetemol.
