you know they ones u used to make when we were kids they have metal frame and come in all different shapes. we used to use them for ornaments or window hangings they look like stained glass. i was putting up my moms tree and i saw some and i remember how much fun i had doing them and thought my neices and nefews would like it but i cant find them any where i have looked at pat catans and michaels and even joann fabric but no one knows what im talking about. im sure some one on here remembers them. any info would be helpful. thanx happy holidays

Definitely at Joann fabrics, Michael's and hobby lobby. Trust me i used to work at the first two store. They are called "makit and bakit". Whoever you asked just doesn't know what they are talking about. Keep asking until someone can show you where they are. They are usually in the kids crafting aisles. Good luck.

You can also find these at WalMart in the crafty kiddy section. We just did one from there that was a charm bracelet, you filled in the little charms with the little plastic "beads" and cooked them. They looked like little stained glass charms! They have other things as well.

they're called "makit & bakit" and they carry them at Michael's and other craft stores. You can also search for/buy them online. I have an ornament kit that I made with my nieces a few years ago. Good luck!
