damn, thats a hard one. Both were great.
The best moment were them in the ring together.
I'm going to say Benoit, just because i didnt think wwe would ever put the world title on him. It seemed to good to believe until after they gave him the belt.
sigh. i wish he'd get the title again. He can wrestle his @ss off and he's as over with the fans as anybody

HHH vs Benoit vs HBK was great. Especially when beniot went through the announcers table. All in all that match was great. But dont get me wrong, Eddie vs Angle was good too.

triple h , benoit and hbk that match was classic although i felt the rematch between these three was much better then the first
