You mean not wanting Saddam attacked so they could continue breaking the UN sanctions against Iraq?

Yes.So were a vast majority of the British.The only difference is Blair decided to ignore the people and Chirac listened

In a word yes but I think the opted out for the wrong reasons. I think they just wanted to stick it to America.
